What is HR Tech?

HR Tech, or Human Resources Technology, is an umbrella term for all kinds of software and digital tools used in the field of human resources. This can include everything from recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, to payroll and benefits administration tools, to employee engagement and performance management software.
